Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Watchlyx. Watchlyx offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
Section 1 — Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
Section 2 — General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
Section 3 — Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.
Section 4 — Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
Section 5 — Products or Services
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
Product images are representative and provided for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in colour, finish, or dial detail between the product image and the physical item may occur due to screen display settings, photography, and normal manufacturing tolerances. Such minor variations do not constitute a defect or misrepresentation and are not grounds for return or dispute.
Watch specifications, including but not limited to case diameter, water resistance rating, movement type, and bracelet length, are sourced from manufacturer data and third-party distributors. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, Watchlyx does not warrant that all specifications are free from error.
Section 6 — Order Processing and Cancellation
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During peak periods (including but not limited to Black Friday, Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s Day, and other promotional events), processing times may extend to 5–7 business days.
Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, the order cannot be cancelled. Cancellation requests made before dispatch will be processed promptly and a full refund issued to the original payment method.
An order confirmation email does not guarantee immediate shipment. It confirms that your order has been received and payment has been authorised.
Section 7 — Shipping and Delivery Timeframes
Order Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 business hours of payment confirmation. During peak periods (including but not limited to Black Friday, Christmas, New Year, and Valentine’s Day), dispatch times may extend to 5–7 business days.
An order confirmation email does not guarantee immediate shipment. It confirms that your order has been received and payment has been authorised.
Standard Delivery Estimates
Our standard delivery window is 2–4 weeks from the date of dispatch. While over 90% of orders arrive within the early part of this window, actual delivery durations may vary due to external factors beyond our control. The following are estimated timeframes by region:
- United Kingdom: 2–4 weeks (usually sooner)
- Ireland: 2–4 weeks (usually sooner)
- Europe: 2–4 weeks (usually sooner)
- United States & Canada: 2–4 weeks (usually sooner)
- United Arab Emirates: 2–4 weeks (usually sooner)
- Australia: 2–4 weeks (usually sooner)
- Rest of World: 2–4 weeks (usually sooner)
All delivery timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.
Peak Season Extended Delivery
During peak periods including November to January (Black Friday, Christmas, New Year), delivery times may be significantly extended due to increased courier volumes, customs processing delays, and carrier capacity constraints. During these periods:
- UK deliveries may take up to 5–6 weeks from dispatch
- International deliveries may take up to 6 weeks (30 business days) from dispatch
- Watchlyx is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, or adverse weather conditions during peak periods
By placing an order during a peak period, you acknowledge and accept that extended delivery times may apply and that such delays do not constitute grounds for a chargeback, dispute, or refund. We strongly recommend ordering early if your purchase is time-sensitive.
Delivery Estimates Are Not Guaranteed
All delivery timeframes stated are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Courier service delays or disruptions
- Customs inspection and clearance procedures
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer
- Adverse weather conditions or natural events
- Public holidays and bank holidays
- Force majeure events
A delivery that arrives outside the estimated window does not constitute a breach of contract and is not grounds for a chargeback or dispute. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer service team before initiating any dispute with your payment provider.
Lost Items
An item will not be classified as lost until 21 business days have passed since the date of dispatch (or 30 business days during peak season November–January). We will work with the shipping carrier during this time to locate your item. If the item is confirmed as lost after this period, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement based on stock availability.
International Orders — Customs and Import Duties
For European Union and non-EU orders, Watchlyx covers all duties and taxes — there is nothing additional to pay. However, in rare circumstances where local customs authorities impose additional charges, these may be the responsibility of the customer. Refusal to accept a delivery due to unexpected customs charges will be treated as a rejected delivery under Section 24.
Shipping Carriers
Our preferred carriers are Evri and Royal Mail for the United Kingdom, DHL for European deliveries, and USPS for other international destinations. Watchlyx reserves the right to use alternative carriers at its discretion.
Section 8 — Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you have explicit authorisation from the cardholder. Unauthorised use of a payment method will be reported to the relevant authorities and may result in legal action.
Section 9 — Product Authenticity and Liability Disclaimer
At Watchlyx, we take pride in being a trusted destination for Swiss and designer watches. We work with carefully selected third-party distributors to bring our customers authentic products from leading brands.
Authenticity Commitment: Watchlyx is committed to offering authentic and high-quality products. We carefully vet our third-party distributors to ensure they align with our standards. However, as fulfillment is conducted through these distributors, representations regarding product authenticity and descriptions are based on their assurances.
Warranties and Representations: All products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While Watchlyx makes every effort to work with reputable distributors, we cannot independently guarantee or warrant product authenticity or suitability for specific purposes.
Claims and Resolutions: If you have concerns about the authenticity or quality of a product, our customer service team is available to assist in resolving the matter.
Parcel Liability: Watchlyx is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to parcels after they are marked as delivered by the courier. This includes items left in a “safe place” as designated by the customer during delivery.
Section 10 — Item Not Received Policy
If you believe your order has not been delivered, you must contact Watchlyx customer service within 21 days of the dispatch date. We will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
An item will not be classified as lost until 21 business days have passed since the date of dispatch (or 30 business days during peak season November–January). Until that time, the item is considered in transit and we will work with the shipping carrier to locate it.
If tracking information shows the item as delivered (including GPS coordinates, photo evidence, or signature confirmation), Watchlyx is not liable for the loss, theft, or misplacement of the parcel. This applies regardless of whether the customer claims non-receipt.
Customers must exhaust all resolution channels with Watchlyx before initiating a dispute with their payment provider. Initiating a chargeback for an item shown as delivered or still within the estimated delivery window will be contested with all available evidence including tracking data, delivery confirmation, and these terms of service.
Section 11 — Third-Party Supply and Fulfillment
Watchlyx acts as an intermediary platform for the sale of luxury watches that are fulfilled and distributed directly by third-party suppliers. You acknowledge and agree that Watchlyx does not physically handle or examine the products, and therefore cannot verify their specific attributes, including but not limited to authenticity, material quality, or compliance with any standards or certifications.
Section 12 — Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks
Watchlyx is committed to resolving any issues directly with our customers. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you must contact us at info@watchlyx.com before initiating any dispute, chargeback, or claim with your bank or payment provider.
By placing an order, you agree to the following dispute resolution process:
- Contact Watchlyx customer service within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery) to report any issue
- Allow Watchlyx a reasonable period of 10 business days to investigate and resolve the matter
- Cooperate with any reasonable requests for information, photographs, or return of the item
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first following this process constitutes a breach of these Terms. In such cases:
- All return and refund rights are immediately voided
- Any product warranty is immediately voided
- Watchlyx reserves the right to contest the dispute with all available evidence
- The customer may be liable for administrative costs incurred in responding to the dispute
- The customer’s account may be permanently suspended
Watchlyx maintains comprehensive records including order confirmation, payment verification, dispatch confirmation, tracking information, delivery evidence, and all customer communications. These records will be submitted as evidence in any dispute proceedings.
Section 13 — Brand Requests and Product Removal
Watchlyx respects the intellectual property rights of brands and manufacturers. In the event that a brand contacts us regarding the distribution of their products, Watchlyx reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any product listings associated with that brand without prior notice.
Section 14 — Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, brand names, and logos used or displayed on Watchlyx are the property of their respective owners. Watchlyx is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with these brands, unless explicitly stated.
Section 15 — Limited Distribution Rights Disclaimer
Watchlyx operates as an independent reseller of luxury watches. We are not an authorized dealer for any of the brands listed on our site, unless explicitly indicated. All products are procured through third-party distributors.
Section 16 — Take-Down Policy
If you believe that any content on watchlyx.com infringes upon your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please notify us with a description of the intellectual property, the infringing content, and your contact information. All take-down notices should be sent to: legal@watchlyx.com
Section 17 — Distribution and Fulfillment Disclaimer
All orders placed on watchlyx.com are fulfilled by third-party distributors. Watchlyx acts solely as a facilitator for these sales and does not warehouse or physically handle the products.
Section 18 — Counterfeit and Copyright Mitigation
Watchlyx is committed to providing only genuine and authentic products. We partner with trusted distributors and take all reasonable steps to avoid the sale of counterfeit goods. If you suspect a product is not authentic, please contact us immediately.
Section 19 — Customer Responsibility and Due Diligence
Watchlyx encourages all customers to conduct their own due diligence regarding the authenticity and legal use of the products purchased. We reserve the right to void warranties if a customer engages in defamatory, false, or misleading public statements about our business without giving us a reasonable opportunity to resolve their concerns.
Section 20 — Limitation of Rights to Resale
The products purchased on watchlyx.com are intended solely for personal use and not for resale. Unauthorized resale or distribution of products purchased through Watchlyx is strictly prohibited.
Section 21 — Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. All products and services delivered through the service are provided “as is” and “as available” without any representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watchlyx’s total liability to any customer shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant order. Watchlyx is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Section 22 — Parcel Protection Insurance
Watchlyx offers an optional Parcel Protection Insurance to insure the contents of your order against theft or loss during transit.
Coverage: Loss of the parcel during transit while under the care of the courier, and theft of the parcel while in transit before delivery.
Exclusions: Parcels left in a “safe place” as designated by the customer, parcels marked as “delivered”, loss or theft after delivery, and damages not resulting from theft or loss during transit.
Claims: Must be made within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Section 23 — Delivery Confirmation and Responsibility
Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier, including with GPS coordinates and photo evidence, Watchlyx is not responsible for the loss, theft, or misplacement of the parcel. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for parcels confirmed delivered unless there is proof of courier negligence.
Section 24 — Rejected Parcels
Customers are required to accept delivery and to adhere to the standard return process. Rejecting or refusing a delivery is not part of our approved return process. If a customer rejects a delivery, Watchlyx cannot guarantee the parcel’s safe return.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a courier depot, the customer is responsible for any re-delivery charges. A restocking fee may apply.
Section 25 — Confidentiality of Supplier Information
Watchlyx maintains strict confidentiality regarding its supplier relationships and sales data. We do not disclose the identities or contact information of suppliers or distributors to any third party, except as required by applicable law.
Section 26 — Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Our full Returns and Exchanges Policy is available at watchlyx.com/returns-and-exchanges-policy and forms part of these Terms of Service. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy. Key provisions include:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery via our Returns Portal
- All returns require a valid RMA number; returns without RMA will be rejected
- Items must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns unless due to our error
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is incorrect or defective
- Refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving and inspecting the returned item
- Initiating a chargeback during the return process immediately voids all return rights
Section 27 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Watchlyx from any claim or demand made by any third-party due to your breach of these Terms of Service.
Section 28 — Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
Section 29 — Communication and Acceptance
By completing the checkout process and making a purchase on watchlyx.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by:
