At Watchlyx, we are committed to providing a seamless and efficient global delivery experience. Our products are shipped from our overseas warehouse using secure, tracked shipping methods to ensure your purchase reaches you safely.

Expedited Delivery: We currently do not have the ability to offer expedited delivery service. 


Order Dispatch Times

  • We aim to dispatch within 24-48 Business Hours. 

International Orders

We welcome international orders, which can be processed online. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

  • European Union Orders: Watchlyx covers all duties and taxes and there is nothing additional to pay. 
  • Non-EU Orders: Watchlyx covers all duties and taxes and there is nothing additional to pay. 

Our preferred carriers are Evri for United Kingdom, DHL for European deliveries and USPS for other international destinations.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your order’s progress.


Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive it, a calling card will be left, allowing you to arrange a re-delivery or collection from your local depot.


Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays due to factors like adverse weather or severe road conditions may occur. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.


Lost or Damaged Packages

All orders are sent with a secure, tracked service. In the rare event of a lost package, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or refund.

If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 5 business days at [your email] with photos of the damage, and we will assist you further.


Delivery Refusals and Liability for Loss

Important: Customers should not reject delivery of their parcel. Rejecting a parcel may result in its return to a general logistics warehouse rather than our specific return facility, which could result in the item being lost or delayed in transit back to us.

To ensure accurate tracking and avoid any loss or complications, customers must accept the delivery and then initiate a return through our standard process. Watchlyx is not liable for loss of items that are rejected at delivery; responsibility for loss or delay due to rejection remains with the customer.


Chargebacks and Warranty Voidance

If a chargeback is submitted, all Watchlyx Guarantees, including coverage for repairs and damage (valid for 2 years), will be void. Additionally, the 14-day return option will no longer apply. Chargebacks will also nullify eligibility for claims related to lost items, including our 21-day lost item policy.


Public Holidays

Please note that during Bank Holidays or other Public Holidays, we do not dispatch or deliver items. Regular services will resume on the next working day.


Order Cancellations and Adjustments

Once an order is placed, cancellations or adjustments are not possible. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.


Lost Items

In the rare case that an item appears lost in transit, please note that an item will not be classified as lost until 21 business days have passed since the date of dispatch. We will work with the shipping carrier during this time to locate your item. If the item is confirmed as lost after this period, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement based on stock availability.
