Delivery Policy

Overseas Warehouse Shipping: At Watchlyx, we pride ourselves on efficient global shipping. Our products are dispatched from our overseas warehouse, ensuring a seamless delivery experience.

Standard Delivery Service:

  • Free Standard Delivery: Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on your orders. Items will arrive within 5-12 working days when you select our free standard delivery option.
  • Expedited Delivery: For those in a hurry, we offer an expedited delivery service. Orders will arrive within 3-5 working days.

Order Dispatch Times:

  • All orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 1pm on Friday or during the weekend are dispatched on the following Monday.

Shipping Confirmation:

  • Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping email confirmation with all the tracking information, so you can keep an eye on your order's progress.

Missed Deliveries:

  • If we're unable to deliver and no one's at home, a calling card will be left. You can arrange for re-delivery or collection from your local depot.

International Orders:

  • International orders are welcome and can be processed online. Payment can be made via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
  • Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated during checkout.
  • Orders sent to the European Union are dispatched fully duties and taxes paid.
  • International orders may incur customs duties and taxes per the destination country's regulations, which are the customer's responsibility.
  • Our preferred carriers for European deliveries are DPD, and for other international deliveries, we use DHL.

Bank Holidays and Public Holidays:

  • Please note that during Bank Holidays or any other Public Holidays, we do not dispatch or deliver items. Allow extra time for delivery around these periods. Our regular services resume on the next working day.
  • Important: Bank Holidays and Public Holidays will override any express delivery options selected during checkout.

Delivery Delays:

  • In the case of unforeseen delays like adverse weather or severe road network issues, we strive to deliver on time but cannot be held responsible for any resulting delays.

Lost Packages:

  • All orders are dispatched using a secure tracked service. In the rare event of a lost package, please contact our customer service team. We will aim to resolve the issue promptly, offering a replacement or refund as needed. Once an order is confirmed delivered via courier tracking, our liability ceases.
