Standard and Expedited Delivery

Expedited Delivery: Need your order sooner? Select our expedited delivery option at checkout, and receive your order within 3 working days.

Order Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed before 1 pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 1 pm on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.

International Orders

  • We welcome international orders, which can be processed online. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
  • All orders to the European Union are dispatched with duties and taxes paid.
  • For orders outside the EU, additional customs duties and taxes may apply as per the destination country's regulations, and these are the customer's responsibility.
  • Our preferred carriers are DPD for European deliveries and DHL for other international destinations.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your order’s progress.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive it, a calling card will be left, allowing you to arrange a re-delivery or collection from your local depot.

Delivery Delays

Lost or Damaged Packages

All orders are sent with a secure, tracked service. In the rare event of a lost package, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or refund.

If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 5 business days at [your email] with photos of the damage, and we will assist you further.

Public Holidays

Please note that during Bank Holidays or other Public Holidays, we do not dispatch or deliver items. Regular services will resume on the next working day.

Order Cancellations and Adjustments

Once an order is placed, cancellations or adjustments are not possible. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
