1) Are Your Watches Genuine? ▼
Yes, all our watches are 100% genuine. Our products are either sourced directly from the brands themselves or via reputable wholesalers, ensuring the authenticity of every watch we sell.
2) Are Your Watches Supplied With Original Boxes? ▼
All our watches are brand new and supplied with official boxes, exactly as you would receive them from a high street retailer. An example picture of product packaging is listed on each item listing. We do not sell loose, unboxed watches.
3) Why Are Your Prices So Low? ▼
Watchlyx has established relationships with several wholesale partners, enabling us to secure great savings which we pass on to our customers. As a result, we offer substantial discounts, sometimes up to 65% off RRP.
4) Does The Item Come With Warranty? ▼
Yes, all items carry either a direct manufacturer's warranty for 1, 2, or 3 years, or our own 2-year seller warranty for brands we are third-party stockists for. Our warranty mirrors the original manufacturer warranty. It covers mechanical faults with the watch movement. If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact us.
5) Are All Your Watches Actually Held In Stock? ▼
Yes, all watches listed in our shop are held in stock. We ship our watches directly from our stock to ensure speedy delivery.
6) Who Do You Use To Ship Your Items? ▼
We use Royal Mail for UK shipments and DHL Express for international orders. All items are fully insured for any loss or damages for peace of mind.
7) What If Nobody Is At Home To Accept My Parcel? ▼
Once your order is shipped, Royal Mail will send you an SMS and email notification with delivery options. On the delivery day, they provide detailed tracking and a 1-hour time slot. If the delivery is missed, they will leave a "sorry we missed you" card and send options to reschedule via SMS and email.
8) Do I Have To Pay Import Charges If I Am Not In The UK? ▼
Customers outside the UK may be liable for import tax, depending on your country’s regulations.

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. All items are fully insured for any loss or damages for peace of mind.
10) My Order Hasn’t Arrived Yet, What Do I Do? ▼
While most orders arrive on time, there can be delays, especially with international orders. If you believe your order is delayed, please contact us.
11) What If My Watch Stops Working Or Is Faulty? ▼
If your watch stops working within the warranty period, return it to us (contact us first for return instructions). Use a tracked postal service to avoid loss. Retain your postage receipt, and we will reimburse you if a manufacturing fault is confirmed. If we cannot fix your watch, we will issue a full refund.
12) What If I Receive A Watch And Do Not Like It? ▼
If you do not like the watch, return it via a tracked postal service for a full refund (contact us first for return instructions). The watch must be unworn and in its original packaging.
13) When Will I Be Refunded? ▼
99% of refunds are processed within 3-5 working days from the date the watch is returned to us. During peak holiday periods, refunds may take slightly longer.
