2. Warranties and Representations:
   All products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Watchlyx makes every effort to work with reputable distributors, we cannot independently guarantee or warrant product authenticity or suitability for specific purposes.

3. Claims and Resolutions:
   If you have concerns about the authenticity or quality of a product, Watchlyx’s customer service team is available to assist in resolving the matter. We will act as an intermediary with our distributors to ensure your concerns are addressed to the fullest extent possible.

4. Parcel Liability:
   Watchlyx is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to parcels after they are marked as delivered by the courier. This includes items left in a "safe place" as designated by the customer during delivery.

Watchlyx shall also not be held liable for any loss or theft of parcels after they are marked as delivered by the courier, or if left in a "safe place" as designated by the customer.

Watchlyx acts as an intermediary platform for the sale of luxury watches that are fulfilled and distributed directly by third-party suppliers. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Watchlyx does not physically handle or examine the products, and therefore cannot verify their specific attributes, including but not limited to authenticity, material quality, or compliance with any standards or certifications.
• Any concerns, inquiries, or disputes regarding product descriptions, characteristics, or authenticity must be addressed directly to Watchlyx’s customer service team, who will facilitate communication as needed. Watchlyx will not disclose the identities or direct contact details of any third-party suppliers or distributors.

SECTION 11 - BRAND REQUESTS AND PRODUCT REMOVAL

Watchlyx respects the intellectual property rights of brands and manufacturers. In the event that a brand contacts us regarding the distribution of their products, Watchlyx reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any product listings associated with that brand without prior notice.

Please note that while we may respond to such requests by adjusting our product offerings, Watchlyx will not disclose information regarding our distributors or suppliers to any third party, including the brands themselves. Any changes made to our product listings in response to brand inquiries are for compliance and risk mitigation purposes and do not imply any admission of liability or wrongdoing.

All trademarks, brand names, and logos used or displayed on Watchlyx are the property of their respective owners. Watchlyx is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with these brands, unless explicitly stated. SECTION 13 - LIMITED DISTRIBUTION RIGHTS DISCLAIMER

Watchlyx operates as an independent reseller of luxury watches. We are not an authorized dealer for any of the brands listed on our site, unless explicitly indicated. All products are procured through third-party distributors, and Watchlyx disclaims any representation that it has direct relationships with the manufacturers or rights holders of the brands represented. We reserve the right to remove any products at any time if issues arise with intellectual property or brand rights.

SECTION 14 - TAKE-DOWN POLICY

Watchlyx respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. If you believe that any content on Watchlyx.com infringes upon your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please notify us immediately with the following information:

Watchlyx shall not be held liable for any delays or non-fulfillment issues caused by our distributors.

The products purchased on Watchlyx.com are intended solely for personal use and not for resale. Unauthorized resale or distribution of products purchased through Watchlyx is strictly prohibited. Any resale of our products is undertaken at your own risk, and Watchlyx disclaims any warranties, guarantees, or liabilities that may arise from such unauthorized resale.

SECTION 19 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk. All products and services delivered through the service are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind.

Watchlyx is not responsible for any loss or theft of parcels left at a "safe place" or delivered according to customer-specified instructions, or after a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier.

SECTION 20 - PARCEL PROTECTION INSURANCE

1. Parcel Protection Overview
   Watchlyx offers an optional Parcel Protection Insurance to insure the contents of your order against theft or loss during transit. This insurance can be purchased at checkout for an additional fee, calculated as a set percentage of the total cart value. By opting in for Parcel Protection, you agree to the following terms and conditions specific to this service.

2. Coverage Details
   Parcel Protection covers the following situations:

   • Loss of the parcel during transit while it is under the care of the courier.
   • Theft of the parcel while it is in transit before it has been delivered to the specified delivery address.

3. Exclusions and Limitations of Coverage
   Parcel Protection does not cover the following circumstances:

   • Parcels left by the courier in a location deemed a "safe place" as selected or designated by the customer or their delivery instructions (e.g., porch, garage, or other specified areas).
   • Parcels marked as "delivered" by the courier, including where a customer has provided an authorization for a parcel to be left unattended (e.g., opting out of signature requirements or specific delivery instructions).
   • Loss or theft occurring after the parcel has been delivered to the designated delivery address.
   • Damages to the parcel or contents not resulting from theft or loss during transit.

4. Claims and Recovery
   In the event of theft or loss during transit, please contact Watchlyx customer service immediately. Claims for parcel theft or loss must be made within 14 days of the expected delivery date as per the tracking information.

5. Limitation of Liability
   Watchlyx's liability is limited to the coverage provided by the Parcel Protection Insurance and shall not exceed the insured value of the parcel. Watchlyx is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the loss or theft of a parcel.

SECTION 21 - DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND RESPONSIBILITY

Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier, including with GPS coordinates and photo evidence of delivery to the location or "safe place" as designated by the customer, Watchlyx is not responsible for the loss, theft, or misplacement of the parcel. This includes situations where the customer has selected or approved the location for the parcel to be left unattended, such as a porch, garage, or other safe places.

If a customer disputes the delivery despite courier confirmation, Watchlyx will assist by providing all relevant proof of delivery, including tracking information, proof of delivery photos, and GPS coordinates. However, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer once the courier marks it as delivered.

Please note that refunds or replacements will not be issued for parcels that are confirmed delivered by the courier unless there is proof of negligence by the courier service. Any claims for stolen or misplaced parcels after confirmed delivery must be pursued directly with the courier.

SECTION 22 - DELIVERY POLICY AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR REJECTED PARCELS

Watchlyx is committed to ensuring that all items are delivered securely and on time. Customers are required to accept delivery of their order and to adhere to the standard return process if they decide not to keep the item. Rejecting or refusing a delivery at the point of arrival is not part of our approved return process and may lead to issues with tracking, loss, or delayed return to our warehouse.

If a customer rejects a delivery, Watchlyx cannot guarantee the parcel's safe return, as items returned in this manner are often routed through general logistics facilities instead of our designated return centers. This significantly increases the risk of loss or misplacement, and in such cases, customers are fully liable for any loss or delays.

Customer Liability for Rejected Parcels: By refusing delivery, customers assume responsibility for the parcel's safe return to our warehouse. If the item is lost, delayed, or redirected to a facility that is not under Watchlyx's direct control, Watchlyx will not be able to process a refund or replacement. Customers are advised to accept their parcel and contact our customer service team to arrange for a standard return if necessary.

SECTION 23 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Watchlyx from any claim or demand made by any third-party due to your breach of these Terms of Service.

SECTION 24 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

SECTION 25 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service.
