This highly anticipated limited edition is the product of the partnership between the watch manufacturer and the Indianapolis 500 motor race in America, a partnership that has remained strong since 2004 with TAG Heuer remaining the official timekeeper of the series. With a 43mm black sand-blasted DLC stainless steel body and fixed black ceramic tachymeter bezel, this TAG Heuer Formula 1 Indy 500 Limited Edition watch provides an elegant aesthetic just like that of the race cars that inspired it. The striking black dial is beautifully detailed with rhodium plated indexes, Superluminova coated hour and minute hands, two chronograph sub dials and a date window at 4 o clock. The dial also features a unique brick motif to honour “The Brickyard”, the nickname for the Indy racetrack. The functions are powered by a Swiss made quartz movement which is kept hidden behind a closed case back engraved with a stunning Indy 500 decoration.
